Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery and will be added at checkout. Visit Delivery and Payment for a table listing the corresponding shipping fees for each country we ship to.
Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have shipped your order. Standard delivery takes 2-3 days if you are living in Austria and Germany and 3-10 days for all other countries. Visit Delivery and Payment for more details.
Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number and the associated link to the website of our logistics partner, where you will be able to track your order.
We accept payment via credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Maestro, Klarna, eps or via Bancontact. For more details visit Delivery and Payment.
We offer a 30 days right to return on all our products. Please be aware that the products returned have to be in an unused condition.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days. It will take 1-2 days to transfer the refund to your account and your bank may need additional time to process the transfer. You will be notified by email as soon as we have processed your returned products and issued the return of your money using the same payment method you used to order from us.
Please be aware that we don’t cover shipping costs incurred for returning products. However, if you decide to buy a new product of your choice instead, we will take over the shipping costs.
We make sure to ship plastic-free. Your order comes in a protective cotton dust bag or gift box depending on the product. You can use it to store your product when not using it or reuse it for other purposes. The order is shipped in a recycled cardboard box or envelope. We aim to avoid any unnecessary packaging and filling material.
Currently we only offer personalization for B2B orders.
